In and around the Lobby and on the 1st Floor, there are a number of services and features for the convenience and pleasure of out-patients and their guests. The waiting areas enjoy a relaxing, muted ambience, under-stated lighting and tasteful décor, with plush sofas and comfortable seating. Many hotel services are easily accessed from here, too: the Coffee Shop/cafeteria, an internet café, Wi-Fi connection, daily newspapers and magazines, cable TV, Gift Shop and ATM machine.

Coffee Shop

Pass those spare minutes at the Lobby Coffee Shop, where you can sample the finest coffee, tea and the freshest juices, all accompanied by home-produced patisserie products. Open 7:30-17:30, there are internet access points opposite and free Wi-Fi access for those with a laptop. Select food and beverage items are also available to take away.

Gift Shop

The FV Hospital Gift Shop has something for everyone, offering a variety of items and services. Clinical items include, over-the-counter medications, cosmetic and beauty products recommended by our clinicians, and, domestic medical equipment, such as, blood pressure monitors, digital thermometers and electric toothbrushes. For the convenience of our in-patients we sell, toiletries, basis clothing items, baby and maternity products, gifts (including flowers and chocolates), toys, books, newspapers, magazines and simple snacks.

Looking for a gift for somebody? We offer the following suggestions: perfumes, beauty products and spa services, baby and maternity products, and, other gifts to order (including chocolates and flowers).

If you have a moment with the kids, you should stop by our Kids’ Corner; there’s a range of fun and educational toys and games for all ages.

Open times: 8:00am to 18:30pm (Monday-Friday) and 08:00am to 02:00pm (Saturday). The Gift Shop also sells Internet access cards and mobile phone cards.

Internet Café

Keep in touch with the worldwide web via our high-speed internet café. Access points are located at the top of the Lobby stairs, next to the Gift Shop and on the Ground Floor (opposite the Coffee Shop). Open day and night, 7-days-a-week. Internet access cards may be purchased from the Gift Shop, Coffee Shop or from the Main Cashier and A&E Cashier.

Please note: for those with laptops, free Wi-Fi access is available in the whole of the Lobby and in the Out-Patient waiting area.

Caféteria

Our chefs produce high-quality meals seven days a week for our in-patients. You and your visitors can also sample these delights, and more, at the Caféteria located on the first floor. It is open 7:30am-19:30pm (Mon-Fri) and 7:30-14:00 (weekends). In addition to the Vietnamese and Western hot main-meal options, you can find a full salad bar and an adventurous sandwich range, all complimented by hot and cold drinks and juices. Many say the croissants and pastries are some of the best in Ho Chi Minh City!

ATM

For the convenience of patients and their guests, an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) accepting VISA, MasterCard and American Express is located on the first floor next to the cafeteria. Patients are advised not to withdraw large amounts of money during their stay in hospital.
