VIP Officer

Every great hotel has a concierge: we invite you to think of this person as such. He is there for the sole benefit of VIP patients, both VIP in-patients and VIP out-patients. He will meet you on arrival and be there for you throughout your stay.

VIP Lounge

This facility is located just off the Main Lobby. An exclusive area – with tastefully understated décor and furnishings – is solely for the benefit of VIP patients. There’s a well-stocked fridge for refreshments. Or, should you choose, the VIP Staff will provide tea/coffee, cookies and sandwiches, upon request. A private area is allocated for the convenience of VIP out-patient consultations, when specialist equipment and facilities are not required.

VIP Bedrooms

All VIP rooms are large, airy, well-lit and tastefully appointed. All provide 5-star hotel services. A specially-adjustable electric bed for optimum comfort; a lounge area with plush seating and a sofa which converts into a bed; individual air-conditioning control; a mini-fridge for refreshments; free tea and coffee preparation facilities; cable television and flat-screen TV; direct dial telephone; free ADSL internet access: nurse call system and a spacious en-suite bathroom; free toiletry items (shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, tooth paste, comb, shower gel, hairdryer, slippers).

An important feature of VIP rooms is that the adjoining room may be accessed, thus creating a VIP Suite, and may be used as a bedroom for overnight guests, or it may be converted into an office area for business purposes. In addition, the VIP patient will enjoy a daily (seasonal) fruit plate, three meals per day, for one guest (Vietnamese or western menu choices), no extra fee for a visitor staying over night, extended visiting hours and a late check-out time of 14:00 hours (subject to availability, normal check-out time is 11:00 hours).

VIP Priority Appointments

Another exclusive service for the VIP patients is the privilege of having their appointments in the Out-Patient Department being given priority. The VIP Officer will arrange the details for you.

VIP Hotline

No matter what time day or night, VIP Card Members have their own direct access number for general counselling on medical matters for the Member and the Member’s immediate family. Your call will be quickly and courteously attended to and connected to the relevant person or department.

VIP Transport

Complimentary transport to and from the FV Hospital office in District 1 and Tan Son Nhat Airport by taxi, FV Hospital car or FV Hospital ambulance is provided. (This service is exclusively for VIP members living outside HCMC. The type of transportation will depend on their health status as assessed by the attending FVH physician.)
