Why You Should Make an Appointment in Advance

We are thoroughly committed to always receive and treat our patients following the healthcare standards applied in France and other western nations. The proper time for a general consultation will range from 15 to 30 minutes. This essential time will allow the attending doctor to fully assess the health of the patient, to answer questions and explain the medical solutions that FV Hospital can provide.

In order to make your visit to FV Hospital as efficient as possible, to minimize your waiting time, we provide a Patient Appointment service. By arranging an appointment in advance, you can secure a consultation with the doctor of your choice at a time that is convenient to your schedule.

Our staff must arrange an appointment for you within 48 hours of your request for a specialist consultation and within 3 to 4 working days for a General Practitioner. Should the appointment time given to you be beyond those limits, please contact the Guest Relations Manager on (84-8) 54 11 34 56.

You can also come to FVH without appointment at any time during working hours, however in that case you will have to wait until an FVH medical staff member is free to attend to you.

If you need to see a doctor immediately, due to a medical emergency, please by-pass the Out-Patient Department and proceed directly to the Accident & Emergency Department (phone number (84-8)
54 11 35 00), available 24 hours a day, on the Ground Floor, where an emergency doctor will take care of you.
