A key benefit, in cases of hospitalisation, FV members will automatically be eligible for a 10 - 20% discount off total their hospitalisation fees, plus a cash allowance from 10 – 25 USD/day from Bao Viet Saigon, depending on the type of membership.
FV Hospital offers 4 types of Membership Program
- Kid Card: a healthcare program specially designed for kids from 0 - 14 years old.
- Select Card: a healthcare program that provides amongst other benefits, basic consultations.
- Privilege Card: full health and medical coverage that provides unlimited free consultations in selected specialities and Accident & Emergency coverage for the whole year.

Membership Card – Period of Validity:
- Card is valid 15 days after issuance date as indicated on card when issued..
- Card is valid 12 months from valid date as indicated on card when issued.
- For Out-patient and A&E services: Benefits will be applied from valid date.
- For In-patient services: Benefits will be applied 15 days after valid date.
- For Plastic surgery services: Benefits will be applied 90 days after valid date.
- For Oncology services: Benefits will be applied 90 days after valid date.

The Kid Card offers comprehensive healthcare program for your kids.

- 3 free consultations per year in Paediatrics, including nutritional advice, growth & development screening, urine screening (if required by doctor) and update of immunization schedule.

- Exclusive access to home visits by FV Hospital doctors (***).
- Complimentary transportation to and from FV Hospital office in District 1 and Tan Son Nhat Airport by taxi, FV Hospital car or FV Hospital ambulance. How to join the Membership Program.
Option 1: Fill out the Membership Application Form and submit it at FV Hospital (your private information will be kept confidential). Your photo will be taken and in a few minutes you will receive your Membership Card.
Option 2: Register at FV Hospital Rep. Office Ground Floor, Citilight Tower, 45 Vo Thi Sau st., Dist. 1, HCMC. A temporary Membership Card will be provided which will be replaced by an official card upon your first visit to FV Hospital.
