FVH has a professional insurance services department dedicated to providing complete support in these matters for our insured patients. The experienced English-speaking FVH insurance officers are used to working with International and Local Insurance and Assistance Companies. From your first consultation, to admission, to treatment, to discharge, the FVH insurance team can handle all details relating to insurance coverage for your stay with us, providing all the necessary paperwork your insurance company may require; we act on your behalf for all medical services related to Out-patient, In-patient, and when required Evacuation

In 2006, FV Hospital provided medical insurance service to more than 6,000 patients, patients both local and international. Currently, we work with selected leading Insurance and Assistance Companies and have set up a worldwide direct billing/cashless system with 30 major medical insurers such as William Russell, Allianz, Goodhealth, Cigna, GMC, Bupa, IHI Denmark, Global Health-AIG, Aetna, AXA PPP, Pacific, World Access, Vanbreda, Europ Assistance, CFE, etc. With these connections, we can assist you in securing the best health insurance, whichever type of medical insurance you have - local or international - whenever you utilise the healthcare services of FV Hospital.

FVH is actively growing the number of insurance companies with which we have third party agreements. If your health insurer is not on the list, the FVH Insurance Team will be happy to contact them to discuss an agreement with us.

FV Hospital has a special relationship with Vietnam Care to provide medical coverage to Vietnamese employees of mostly foreign-invested companies that have joined the programme. Vietnam Care is a health care programme created jointly by Bao Viet and Gras Savoye.

FVH is also working closely with AON Care which is a similar medical insurance products made for Vietnamese employees of mostly foreign-invested companies.

NB: Upon registration at FVH, please indicate whether you have medical insurance coverage, the: name of the insurer, your policy number and the type coverage or plan. Once the information is entered into the FVH electronic medical records, we can then automatically and “cashlessly” process all charges and insurance coverage relating to the patient’s stay.

Our professional insurance and claims group will gladly assist you in obtaining the medical insurance coverage specific to your needs. We offer patients free consultation for worldwide health insurance benefits. You may engage our services directly by visiting FVH during normal office hours, or, over the phone, or by email.

As a health insurance helpdesk and claims coordinator, FVH is committed to always representing our clients' best interests. We can advise on the best medical insurance benefits for individuals, families, groups and companies according to their insurance plans and needs. We can work directly with the insurance company to obtain the coverage guarantee for your FVH medical expenses. Should the insurance company require settlement first and claim reimbursement afterwards, we can provide the appropriate claim form, accompanied by the original, detailed invoices, the proof of payment and a detailed medical report (if hospitalised).

The FVH insurance office is located next to the main Consultation Centre on the Ground Floor – just off the hospital lobby.
