Direct Payment Agreement

A Direct Payment Agreement with FV Hospital offers our Corporate Clients the flexibility of choosing which services they want to cover directly for selected employees, and provides for a streamlined, easy method of invoicing and payment.

With a Direct Payment Agreement, Corporate Clients provide us with a regularly updated list of personnel covered by the agreement and the coverage to which each employee is entitled coverage (for example, both for OPD and IPD expenses or only for OPD expenses etc…), or the corporation can issue a referral letter/guarantee letter to the individual covered for presentation to our staff upon arrival at FVH. Both alternatives allows your designated employee to also enjoy the convenience of a "cashless" experience when visiting the hospital.

In addition, FVH will compile and itemize all invoices related to covered health care services provided to your employees in a single monthly invoice. Having a direct payment agreement with FVH means you will be able to offer high profile healthcare benefits to your employees while saving the operational cost and providing administrative ease in the processing and payment of health benefits.

Coordination with Medical Insurance Companies

FVH has third party agreements with many leading Insurers, Assistance Companies and Brokers for verification of employee eligibility for group health benefits and have set up a direct billing/cashless system with over 30 leading medical insurers for the filing of medical claim forms. This greatly reduces the administrative workload for your company as well as making it as easy as possible for your employees to visit the hospital.

FVH is actively growing the number of insurance companies with which we have third party agreements. If your health insurer is not on the list, the FVH Insurance Team will be happy to contact them to discuss an agreement with us.

FV Hospital has a special relationship with Vietnam Care to provide medical coverage to Vietnamese employees of mostly foreign-invested companies that have joined the programme. Vietnam Care is a health care programme created jointly by Bao Viet and Gras Savoye.

FVH is also working closely with AON Care which is a similar medical insurance products made for Vietnamese employees of mostly foreign-invested companies.
