Recently, Dr Vo Thi Thanh Van, MSc, an Obstetrics and Gynaecology specialist at FV Thomson Maternity, participated in the “Mom Chill” Club event organised by FPT Long Chau Vaccination Centre (Long Chau).

Designed specifically for expectant mothers, the event was held at The Vibes Event Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City and featured a range of relaxing and engaging activities, including massages, photo opportunities, handmade crafts, afternoon tea, and informative sessions led by Obstetrics and Gynaecology specialists.

Representing FV Hospital, Dr Vo Thi Thanh Van, MSc, shared practical medical advice on gestational hypertension, helping families recognise the warning signs of pre-eclampsia and understand important health considerations during pregnancy and after birth.

During the Q&A session, Dr Van also shared advice on managing low blood pressure during pregnancy, recognising and monitoring newborn jaundice, safe sleeping positions for infants, and vitamin D supplementation. These practical insights help families make informed decisions and care for both mother and baby throughout pregnancy and beyond.
