From the first cry at birth, every baby born at the FV Thomson Maternity Centre has been a cherished part of our 22-year journey of love and care. Over 10,000 babies have been welcomed into this world at FV, and from that moment, the stories of each child, their parents, and FV have been united.

Every Baby is a Testament to Love and Trust

There are families who have welcomed two, three, or even four children at FV and continue to place their trust in us whenever their little ones need care. Some of those babies have now grown up and begun their own journeys around the world. A few of our “FV Babies” have even returned to work at FV Hospital, the place where they were born, carrying forward our mission to care for the community.

No matter where life takes them, they share the same beginning: a place where love was born. For us at FV, each of the 10,000 babies is more than a number; together, they represent more than 10,000 pieces of a puzzle that complete a beautiful picture of love and trust.

We are now reaching out to find our beloved “FV Babies” to join thousands of families in creating a vivid, collective portrait of cherished memories and shared milestones.

If you or your child were born at FV Hospital, we warmly invite you to share a photo (of your child or your family) along with a few lines about your birth story or your visits to FV for healthcare. Just a few words and one image are enough to help us bring those wonderful memories back together.

A Frame Through Time – A Gift for Every FV Baby

We have poured our hearts into designing a special photo frame, which is a beautiful way to preserve the moment of birth and celebrate how far each child has come. Each frame stands as a witness to new beginnings and a heartfelt token of gratitude from FV Hospital to all families who have entrusted us with welcoming over 10,000 babies and accompanying them for more than 22 years.

Join Us for “FV Babies Day” on 13 December 2025

With every photo and story you send, FV Thomson Maternity will create a special, emotional reunion for all “FV Babies,” whether they are still in cradles or already grown up, together with the parents who once journeyed with FV through the miracle of birth. Joining you will be the dedicated doctors, midwives, and nurses who lovingly cared for every moment of your child’s arrival.

The event will feature the “10,000 FV Babies” photo exhibition, a kids’ play zone with family bonding activities, and thoughtful gifts filled with gratitude.

An emotional journey of love began the moment your baby gently held your finger. Now, FV invites you to return to the place where that miracle started, to relive those precious memories and continue writing your beautiful story.

Terms and Conditions:

• Who can participate: Families whose child was born at FV Hospital, and individuals born at FV who are now 18 or older.
• Photo submission requirements:
  • The photo must clearly show the face of the baby born at FV.
  • The photo should have been taken when the baby was under 3 years old.
  • No size limit: high-resolution files over 1 MB are encouraged.
  • One photo per FV baby. Families with multiple FV babies may submit one photo for each child.
  • The photo must not be cropped, edited
• Benefits:
  • For each eligible FV baby photo submitted, you will receive a complimentary “Newborn & Now” photo frame. The organising team will contact you via the phone number you provide to confirm your submission.
  • Opportunity to be featured in the upcoming FV Baby Photo Exhibition and connect with the FV community.
• Submission period: From now until 30 November 2025.
