Dr Aron Schuftan is a Board Certified U.S. OB/GYN who graduated from Ponce School of Medicine, Puerto Rico, in 2002 and did his specialty training at the renown Boston Medical Centre in Boston, Massachusetts (2002-2006).

His experience and clinical interests make him an expert in: Contraception Counselling, Family Planning, Colposcopy, Infectious diseases, and Minimally Invasive Gynaecologic surgery.  Dr Aron Schuftan also has many years of experience in infertility issues, as well as, expertise in detecting and treating a vast array of gynaecologic diseases.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Dr Aron has worked in many hospitals and clinics all over the world such as: Kaiser Permanente Medical Group, San Jose, California, USA, (2006-2009), Bay Area Fertility and Pregnancy Specialists, Redwood City, California, USA (2009-2013), Family Medical Practice, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (2015-2019), and American International Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (2018-2019). In 2021, Dr Aron decided to join FV as a senior consultant in the Obstetrics & Gynaecology Department.

We are confident that Dr Aron will be a valuable resource to care for women in our community and further develop FV’s Obstetrics & Gynaecology Department today and in the years to come.
