At this afternoon tea, you will receive practical, reliable advice from Dr Vo Trieu Dat, MSc, Head of FV Thomson Maternity, alongside two experienced midwives. Our experts will answer your questions about nutrition, exercise, warning signs and preparing mentally for labour, helping you feel more informed and confident throughout your pregnancy.
