FV Hospital congratulated Ms C. N. Binh, the lucky winner of the FV Hospital Service Quality Survey for Q3 2025. At the award presentation, Ms Binh said she was pleasantly surprised to be selected from among thousands of patients who completed the survey and entered the lucky draw.
Having been with FV since its early days, Ms Binh shared that she has also received treatment at various hospitals both in Vietnam and overseas. According to her, FV’s medical expertise, equipment and treatment processes are “on par with international standards,” giving patients full confidence to access high-quality care in Vietnam.

“In the past, I had surgery in Singapore. When I returned to FV, I found it easier to communicate with doctors in Vietnamese, and the equipment and examinations were just as advanced as overseas. If FV continues to strengthen international medical collaboration, more people will trust local treatment since it’s closer to home,” Ms Binh shared. She not only chose FV for herself but has also introduced her family members to FV and joined the FV Membership Programme for regular health check-ups.
She added that a few years ago, after moving to a new home quite far from FV, she tried using services at nearby hospitals for convenience. “But it didn’t feel quite right, so even though it takes me over an hour to get to FV, I still prefer coming back because doctors are the most important and service comes second,” Ms Binh said. She also gave special praise to FV’s ENT specialists, who “always examine thoroughly, explain clearly, and earn my complete trust.”
FV Hospital is grateful for the trust and support of Ms Binh and all our patients over the past 23 years. Once again, congratulations to Ms Binh on being the FV Hospital Service Quality Survey – Q3 2025 prize winner. We wish her and her family good health, happiness, and continued confidence in FV as their trusted healthcare partner.
The FV Hospital Service Quality Survey is conducted quarterly in collaboration with Cimigo. The programme gathers valuable feedback from patients who have used FV’s healthcare services, helping the hospital continuously improve and deliver the best possible experience. At the end of each quarter, participants are entered into a random lucky draw, with a shopping voucher worth VND 15 million awarded to one lucky winner.
