General Job Description
  • To assist patient to register new patient or to modify their personal information in compliancy with procedures effectively and professionally
  • To have good knowledge on medical activity to triage patient to the appropriate/ right department
    Be attentive to handle enquiries of patient/ family either in face-to-face situations or by phone efficiently & professionally
  • Cross training will be located at Operator, Admission Office, Information desk and VIP lounge as assigned by Front desk supervisor or FOM.
  • University degree in major foreign language
  • Working experience in the hospitality industry is referable
  • Effective communication skills in Vietnamese and English
  • Good knowledge of general information about medical is referable
  • Speaking good English and or/French would be an advantage
