Receptionist responsibilities included

  • Secretary works: Review discharge document and remind doctor to finish it before patient discharge, collect signature of doctor on discharge document.
  • Charging responsibility: Charge correctly and appropriately follow the procedure and on time.
  • Handle month statistic report of the department activities.
  • Qualification: Graduated from the University of economics, finance or insurance, business administration, French.
  • Experience: At least 2 years experience working in foreign companies.
  • Ability to work carefully detailed
  • Ability to communicate and behave with customers ingenuity.
  • Honesty, dedication, careful, intelligent
  • Foreign language(s): Fluent in English
