Information about the Female Patient Who Was Positive With COVID-19 in Ho Chi Minh City on 25th March, 2021

In regards to the patient who was provided a positive Covid-19 test at FV Hospital on 25th March 2021, the COVID-19 Prevention Committee of FV Hospital has verified and reviewed all the data related to this case and it was found that all the screening and testing process for this patient was carried out in accordance with the infection prevention regulation of FV Hospital and the Ministry of Health, ensuring the safety for all patients, visitors and staff at FV Hospital.

Following the review of the CCTV, the patient came for Covid-19 testing on the afternoon of 24th March 2021, she completed a medical declaration and was instructed to go to the COVID-19 testing area. During her time in the hospital, the patient wore a mask and remained only in the testing area. She had contacted with only two staff members who have been assigned to receive patients for COVID-19 testing, all patients and staff wore masks and personal protective equipment in accordance to the guidance and regulations for infection prevention.

The Board of Directors of FV Hospital would like to inform and affirm that FV Hospital is safe and all visits and activities remain normal.
