My family and I are very grateful to the whole FV team for their support and dedication. I truly believe that if my father had been treated somewhere else, he might not have survived.

His health is still weak, but we can see progress every day, and my family really appreciates the careful care and kindness of the hospital staff.

My sister has returned from France to Saigon and is now at the hospital with my mother. She may contact the doctor later.

On behalf of my mother (H.H.H) and our family, I would like to express our sincere thanks for the dedication and thoughtful care provided by the Homecare and ICU teams during my mother’s treatment at FV Hospital as well as at home.

We are especially grateful for the direct support from nurses Hien, Thao, Thien, and the ICU nurses and care assistant Oanh. Our thanks also go to Dr Hai, Mr Tam and Ms Huong for their guidance and assistance. Everyone was compassionate, enthusiastic, cheerful,and proactive.

Our family has a very good impression of Dr. Hai. Dr. Hai is a very dedicated person to patients. When Grandma became seriously ill and needed emergency care at home, Dr. Hai did not mind the rain or the sun, nor the traffic jams during rush hour. Dr. Hai came to handle the emergency promptly so that Grandma could be healthy again. The doctor was also enthusiastic and thoughtful, explaining in detail to the family about Grandma’s condition. He also carefully instructed the medical staff to stay and take care of Grandma so that Grandma could get better. He understands the feelings of the family and the patient very well, so the family’s concerns when discussing with him were all explained clearly by Dr. Hai and handled quickly and effectively

One time, I had a sports injury and went to the emergency room very well. After a year and a half, I had a second surgery and saw good recovery results. Disease monitoring and regular examinations at FV are very good, the storage service system is very complete, and doctors give good advice. One of the biggest values ​​at FV is the data they store as well as the equipment and doctors they are very enthusiastic about. I highly appreciated FV’s services, medical services, equipment, and doctors.

I was very impressed by the speedy and knowledgeable team when I arrived at FV on the Saturday night. I know it was very sick then but I also felt I was being helped and supported by an experienced and efficient medical team.

Of course no one wants to be in hospital but FV staff clearly do their best in commanding positively and cheerfully. I thank you for it so much.

In the evening, my husband went to the emergency room at FV hospital. Seeing the patient’s painful condition, the staff immediately took him to the emergency room, asked about the patient, and the doctor thoroughly explained how they handled and treated him, so much so that I didn’t even have to ask anything. After that, I went to pay the hospital fees. A very good impression of the hospital’s working attitude, although only high, we accept. It’s been a long time, but we have believed since then.

I will never be able to thank the doctors, nurses, carers and the rest of the FV staff enough.

Our family had a very difficult week with Dahlia, Samira and me all hospitalized at the same time. Everyone in paediatrics, A&E, gastroenterology and administration worked together to get me through my illness while also caring for Dahlia and Samira. The doctors are very thorough and professional. The nurses and caregivers are so compassionate, loving and eager to help. Everyone I interacted with (from the porters to the security staffs) smiled and welcomed us.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the outstanding medical care and support provided to our Peace Corps Volunteer, Zoe Romoff, during her hospitalization at FV Hospital.

I would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Huynh Anh Quoc, the GI Specialist, and Dr. Trinh Van Hai from A&E Dept. Their dedication, professionalism, and expertise were truly commendable. They played pivotal roles in Zoe’s treatment, demonstrating not only medical excellence but also exceptional compassion.

The seamless cooperation and collaboration with your medical team greatly facilitated the entire treatment process. Dr. Huynh Anh Quoc and Dr. Trinh Van Hai worked closely with our Peace Corps Medical Officer (PCMO) in coordinating lab orders, discussing the treatment plan, and ensuring the best possible care for Zoe.

Their dedication to delivering high-quality healthcare and their eagerness to cooperate with our medical team were highly commendable. Ensuring Zoe’s well-being remained the utmost priority, and the exceptional collaboration between FV Hospital and our Peace Corps medical staff played a crucial role in her recovery.
