A Special Patient Has Won the Service Survey Lucky Draw in Quarter I/2023

The first lucky customer in 2023 for the FV Hospital Service Survey Lucky Draw is a Buddhist monk, Mr Thanh Trang (Vung Tau). Although he was busy and not living near Ho Chi Minh City, in mid-April, he arranged to come and receive the prize at the Guest Relations Department and thanked the staff at FV.

“This program is very interesting, it makes the service at FV more fulfilling,” said Mr Thanh Trang. It is the first time Mr Thanh Trang was a patient at FV and he is completely satisfied with the service.

Talking more about services at FV, he hopes that the hospital could have many supportive policies on hospital fees and insurance, so that more patients, with different economic backgrounds can have access to the high quality healthcare at FV. “Of course, cost and quality must balance each other, but I also hope that in the future FV will find a solution to give access to more Vietnamese patients,” added Mr Thanh Trang.

The special thing is that after receiving the award, Mr Thanh Trang kindly asked if FV to transfer all the reward to the hospital’s charity fund. However, because the proposal was quite unexpected, there were some procedural difficulties, as well as a need to ensure the transparency of the award, FV regretfully could not support the monk’s proposal. However, after discussion, Mr Thanh Trang decided to use the reward to donate necessary equipment to children in the area where he is located.

Recently, the customers receiving the award were all new patients at FV, which indicated how FV is gaining more and more trust in the community and bringing more patients world-class healthcare. Once again, FV Hospital would like to congratulate Mr Thanh Trang and also thank him for choosing and trusting FV as his healthcare provider.

The FV Hospital Service Survey is held quarterly with in partnership with Cimigo. The program aims to help FV Hospital receive reviews from customers who have been used health care services at FV.
