FV awards a voucher valued at VND 15 million in its Quality Services Survey Lucky Draw, second quarter 2021

The COVID-19 epidemic meant that it was very difficult for FV Hospital to plan its Quality Service Survey programme draw, but FV has successfully shared the prize for this quarter with the lucky winning customer, Ms H.T.B. Trinh (25 years old, HCMC).

Surprised and overjoyed at receiving the gift, Ms Trinh sent a thank you letter to FV Hospital and also chatted with us by phone, sharing her gratitude and best wishes for the medical staff at FV who are the frontline in the fight against Covid-19.

Trinh was very happy when she shared: “I was so desperate when I was sick, I came to FV with the desire to save my life and have already received that wonderful gift. I never believed I might receive yet another valuable gift, such as this voucher. This award has made me happy all over again.

Ms Trinh was refused care at many hospitals before she visited FV for successful treatment at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology with department head Dr Sophie Sanguin.

During her inpatient care at FV, Ms Trinh was particularly impressed with the professional working style of Dr Sophie and the nursing team. She said: “Dr Sophie and the nurses are all very thoughtful and caring, I felt like I was staying at a hotel, rather than at a hospital.” Trinh added that her family members all place their trust in FV. Despite living quite far from the hospital, her family chooses to visit FV for medical examination and treatment.

The voucher for FV’s Quality Service Survey Programme lucky draw came to Ms. Trinh not only unexpectedly, but also at a good time. She shared that the gift arrived when the family was planning to invest in more household items as the epidemic began to pass. FV Hospital would like to congratulate Ms. H.T.B. Trinh, and also thank her for choosing FV as her preferred healthcare centre for her family’s medical examination and treatment.

FV’s Quality Service Survey is organized each quarter with the support of Cimigo organization. This program helps FV Hospital receive the evaluated opinions from customers who uses the healthcare services at FV. Through that, FV will improve the service and bring the best experience for patients when visiting to hospital. Customers who decide to participate in the survey are entered into a lucky draw each quarter and the prize for the draw is a 15 million VND voucher for the purchase of electronic appliances.
