FV Awards the Quality Service Survey Lucky Draw in Q1/2022

The award from the FV Hospital Quality Service Survey Programme was interrupted in the second half of 2021 due to the effects of the pandemic. In the first quarter of 2022, the programme continues to receive excitement from our patients.

Mr Choi Jong Seon (60 years old, Korean) is a lucky patient who received an award from the FV Hospital Quality Service Survey Programme. Coming to receive the lucky draw at the Guest Relations Department, Mr Choi told us he’s pleased with FV’s customer service. “I was very surprised when I received a call from the hospital, it was a very interesting programme,” said Mr Choi.

Mr Choi is a businessman with many years working in Southeast Asian countries, and who has been living in Vietnam for a long time. He said that his family members are currently living in Ho Chi Minh City and all choose FV Hospital as a reliable place for examination and treatment. “FV is a hospital with high quality and but the facilities impressed me the most.” In addition, he also praised the behaviour of hospital staff, as well as the professionalism of the clinical team.

With the lucky prize, Mr Choi plans to make a gift for his niece. Hopefully it will be an interesting gift for the little girl, who was born at FV Obstetrics and Gynaecology. FV Quality Service Survey is organised each quarter with the support of Cimigo organisation. This programme helps FV Hospital receive the valued opinions from customers who use our services. Through that, FV will improve the service and bring the better experience for patients who visit the hospital. After each quarter, based on survey or data collected, FV will run a random wheel of fortune. The lucky draw is worth 15 million VND and it is always a surprise gift for many selected customers.
