Caring for customers is one of FV Hospital’s primary roles. In particular, the quarterly quality assurance programme survey is a way for the hospital to acknowledge comments to improve the quality of patient service. When participating in the survey, customers had the opportunity to win a VND 15 million voucher for an electronics store.
The survey programme in the 4th quarter of 2018 would like to congratulate a very lucky customer – Ms Do Buu Ngoc from District 5, Ho Chi Minh City. When she was informed of the news she had won, Ms Ngoc could not believe it, she said: “I kept asking and asking the staff to call me for fear of being mistaken. Because I went to FV to have a health check and answered hospital quality survey questions, I did not think I would be rewarded”.
Ms Buu Ngoc has advised the hospital to bolster the medical examination schedule of a doctor she was visiting. Representative of FV Saigon Clinic of FV Hospital – Ms Nguyen Pham Kim Huong acknowledged and thanked the lucky customer who had been coming to FV for a number of years.
The Hospital Quality Survey Programme is organized quarterly by FV Hospital and Cimigo survey unit. Thus, all comments from customers are received promptly, ensuring patient safety, improving the quality of services of the hospital.
