The lucky patient of the “FV Hospital Quality Assurance Programme Survey” Q2/2023 is Mr Asif Mehrudeen (Australian citizen). The Guest Relations Department informed him of this delightful news and arranged the ceremony to take place in mid-July.

Mr Mehrudeen told us that he was introduced to the quality of services and facilities at FV Hospital by friends. After looking for more information, he decided to choose FV as the preferred place for his family’s healthcare services. “I have been in Vietnam for over 15 years, and I almost exclusively choose FV to provide care for my health. Both my children were also born at FV”, Mr Mehrudeen said.

Receiving this prize was a complete surprise to Mr Mehrudeen. He said that he regularly participates in customer surveys during his visits to FV, as he believes his feedback can contribute to helping the hospital improve. However, he never expected the survey to result in him winning the lucky draw.

Recalling his experiences at FV, Mr Mehrudeen expressed his satisfaction with the hospital’s services over the years. From the examination process to the care provided to him and his family, everything has consistently met his expectations. “I am content with FV, as I no longer need to seek health treatment in other countries” said Mehrudeen.

Additionally, he expressed his desire to receive more information from FV, including through personal mail-box and other platforms. He knows that FV has recently launched the hospital’s official news channel – FV Magazine that provides patients with accurate, comprehensive, and convenient access to information. FV maintains various platforms to meet these needs.

FV Hospital highly values suggestions and contributions from patients and customers, similar to those provided by Mr Asif Mehrudeen. Once again, FV sends congratulations to Mr Mehrudeen and wishes him good health. The hospital hopes he will enjoy using this prize and it can bring a happy surprise to his family.

The FV Hospital Quality Assurance Programme Survey is conducted quarterly in partnership with Cimigo. The program aims to gather feedback from customers who have received healthcare services at FV Hospital. The objective is to continually improve services and provide the best experience to patients during their treatment at the hospital. At the end of each quarter, FV use the data collected from the surveys to create a lucky draw. The voucher prize, worth 15 million VND, is always an exciting surprise for the lucky selected patients.
