The nurses, nursing assistants, and caregivers who supported our family in R438 from March 9 to March 18, 2026 worked with an extraordinary sense of responsibility and compassion, helping my mother spend her final days in peace before she passed away.

…A few days ago, when I had a consultation at Fv Hospital, I finally saw a specialist who paid attention and discovered a problem that could have become dangerous….. Even without my insurance, which immediately refused to cover it (Liberty Healthcare Insurance), I assumed the costs because, as we usually say in my country, “the rings are gone, but the fingers remain”….The service from the first to the last minute was exemplary, and, sensitive to the fact that my insurance company wouldn’t even cover an examination of my problem, Fv Hospital gave me a discount on the price…. I was hospitalized for 2 days, and every 30 minutes I had nurses and assistants asking how I was doing…modern facilities and the best Vietnamese doctors….Congratulations! Surprised!

FV is operating very well and responds to patients’ needs in a timely manner. The waiting time is not long and is very reasonable.

The hospital should maintain this standard of performance. It’s very helpful to reaching out to patients by phone explaining promptly any issues or concerns they may have, as early as possible, so that patients can feel reassured and well cared for.

The doctors at FV, such as Dr. Bui, Dr. Phuong from the Cardiology Department, Dr. Quoc, and Dr. Lien from the Orthopedics,… are all cheerful, dedicated, and caring in their work. Dr. Lien is especially lovely. Dr. Dien from the Oncology is very gentle and knows how to empathize and share with patients.

In addition to treating patients physically, the doctors also pay great attention to patients’ mental and emotional well-being. Their thoughtfulness and care help patients feel reassured and not overwhelmed during treatment.

I have been connected with FV for more than ten years now, and I have never had anything to be unhappy about regarding the hospital or its staff.
