Nguyen Thi Tuong - FV Hospital

I have been receiving treatment at FV Hospital for many years. Whenever I go for a check-up and visit the pharmacy to collect my medicine, I am always assisted by security guard Truong Quoc Tan, who serves me very well and helps me with great care and attention.

When I arrive at the pharmacy counter, Mr. Tan always serves patients professionally and courteously. Staff members with such dedication are rare. Moreover, he can speak English with foreign patients, serving them attentively, fluently, and efficiently.

I am writing this letter to express my gratitude to Mr. Tan and wish him and his family good health. Because FV Hospital has such excellent staff as Mr. Tan, I promise to continue coming to FV for my medical care forever.

I also send this letter to the Board of Directors as my sincere opinion. I wish the Board and all FV staff good health and happiness.

“I was looking for a private hospital to do an exam for me in relation to the Thailand non-O visa medical form that I had to get filled out confirming that I didn’t have certain diseases. After being turned down at another Google Maps 4 + star rated private hospital in Saigon I did a query on Chat GPT and it identified the FV hospital. As soon as I got there I knew I made the right choice.

The staff were incredible from the admitting person to the section manager where I was directed to, the international doctor that I saw and examined me and all the other hospital staff who took me to the different areas for my testing.  I was given a proper medical exam by the doctor, he ordered and I underwent a blood test, urine test and a chest x-ray which all confirmed I was negative for the identified diseases.

The hospital also had the Thai medical form online and promptly put it on the hospital letterhead so they were fully aware of the requirements of the Thai medical certificate.

All hospital staff that I encountered spoke good English, were friendly and professional. I did not have any health coverage and the final bill was very reasonable just over 2 million vnd for all the testing and the examination, including several documents that confirmed the information that the Thai immigration needed for a visa application.

This is my third international private hospital that I have been to in Ho Chi Minh City in the last three years and without a doubt the top hospital I have gone to.”

We’ve had very positive experiences at FV Hospital, especially during our visits to the Emergency Department. Both of our children had to be treated there at different times for the same injury — cuts on their foreheads. Each time, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We were especially grateful for the nurses, who treated our young children with such warmth and care. Even though the kids were crying and scared, the nurses smiled brightly and gently reassured them, which helped them feel safe and receive their treatment calmly. It was a moment of real compassion, and we truly appreciated it.

We have not stayed in a hospital room ourselves, but we have visited the Emergency Department and found it to be clean and comfortable. When visiting friends who were admitted to FV Hospital, the general feedback seemed quite positive and most of them appeared satisfied with the rooms and services.

For the past 4-5 years I’ve been to the hospital and I feel the premises, staff, cleaning, and medical secretaries are very good. 8 points, maybe 9 points.

The cards are arranged scientifically, the people who receive me are like medical secretaries, those people are people who work properly and clearly, coherently, not giving patients the feeling of not understanding and the order, the order is very high.

FV hospital has the advantage of that and cleanliness, the chairs are often waiting, handling patients without jostling, generally order, discipline – my strongest impression in the hospital.

I’d like to express my deepest respect and appreciation to Dr. Do Thi Minh Hien who has been looking after my grandmother for her illness. Dr. Do Thi Minh Hien is an extraordinary doctor who provides great support and professionally helps my grandmother to recover from her sickness.

An acquaintance introduced Dr. Hoang Chi Tam, an ophthalmologist, to my family. I heard that her daughter was only 15 or 16 years old but her eyes suddenly became blurry, and she often tripped and fell because she couldn’t see the road. She was preparing money to go to Singapore, but she was introduced to Dr. Tam. The doctor treated her eyes and they were able to see again. The whole family was so happy. Sharing here, hoping to help someone. This doctor seems to work clearly, and doesn’t prescribe random supplements.

N.V.P - FV Hospital

My name is N.N.L. Chi, living in Thu Duc. Recently, my father was burned by boiling water. I took him to several hospitals for treatment, but the wound showed no signs of improvement.

Nurse Ba Tuot not only treated the wound but also has a gentle manner, good communication skills, and a caring attitude towards the patient. He helped relieve my father’s pain and anxiety during treatment.

However, due to our difficult financial situation and the long distance, it was inconvenient to bring him to the hospital every day for dressing changes. Therefore, we used the Home Care service by the hospital’s nurses to treat his wound at home.

I visited you on April 28 with my 15year old son due to stomach issues/ food poisoning. When you decided to make an Echo, you discovered a very large abdominal aortic aneurysm.

Of course that brought a lot of stress and made our trip back to Holland very scary.

But because you have discovered it, I was able to take action this last Friday they repaired the aneurysm and now I am recovering. I am very grateful that you have made me aware of this issue.
