The doctor promptly developed a treatment plan and carefully explained my child’s condition in two languages so that my spouse and I could understand. We were on a cruise when my husband became ill. We were brought by ambulance to your facility. Upon arrival we were treated with compassion and understanding as we navigated this unforeseen interruption to our vacation. We were here for 9 days and missed all of our cruise.

Your hospitality was outstanding. All the staff went out of their way to help us with the language barrier, often using phones with translation apps to help me navigate the complexities of hospital living.

We were able to stay in a VIP suite so that I could stay with my husband. I was able to sit on the couch in the day and bedding was provided at night for me to sleep. It was very comfortable. This was ideal as I needed to be here to listen to the doctors and deal with insurance companies in Canada who are on a 12 our time difference to Vietnam.

I have extreme food allergies and the staff from the kitchen went over and above to make sure that I had delicious food that was safe for me to eat.

Dr. Do Huu Phuc was our Cardiologist and his treatment was exemplary. He answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable and confident as the many tests were performed. We were so incredibly lucky that he was assigned to my husband’s medical case.

Your hospital is bright and extremely clean and everyone I encountered offered a big smile and was willing to help.

From the very beginning, I can only say how grateful and wonderful everything has been!

On the first day of my admission, I felt extremely unwell and exhausted. I was diagnosed with acute gastritis, gastroesophageal reflux, esophagitis, and severe vomiting, which left my body weak, dehydrated, and in a very painful condition. I was truly frightened and anxious at that time.

Fortunately, I was examined, hospitalized, and treated promptly. The professional care and timely treatment provided by Dr. Vu Duy Hien greatly helped me recover.

Today, January 13, 2026, I am being discharged in a stable health condition. I am able to eat and drink much better than before and feel more comfortable and reassured.

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Vu Duy Hien for his accurate and timely treatment, as well as the thoughtful and attentive care of the doctors and nurses during my stay. I truly appreciate the dedication and kindness shown to me throughout my treatment and recovery.

Our family is the family of the patient N.V.D, born in 1937.

After a long period of treatment at the hospital (Inpatient and Outpatient areas),

we received very dedicated care from the hospital’s doctors and staff.

The patient has now shown significant improvement. However, among the nurses who came to our home to collect blood samples, we found that Nurse Tuot demonstrated many outstanding qualities that deserve recognition and praise.

Nurse Tuot is always punctual and keeps all appointments on time. He is always cheerful, enthusiastic, and caring, with good work quality and a high level of professional competence. His blood-drawing technique is excellent, even in the most difficult veins—he still performs it well, quickly, and accurately. Every time he comes, we feel very reassured

Mr Tuot always measured the indicators and when finished, always gave careful instructions when taking care of patients.

We cannot say all the advantages of nurse Tuot (because there are so many). We just wish there were more nurses like Tuot (with heart and vision).

The more the patient’s family trusts FV Hospital, the more thanks to the team of doctors and hospital staff.

Unfortunately, we have been visiting the FV Hospital a lot lately due to my elder mother’s health needs. Your team truly cares about their patients and shows great teamwork & follow-up. They always go the extra mile. X-ray/Lab techs are super dedicated & helpful.
