N.T.K.H - Anaesthesiology & ICU

Our family sincerely thanks the doctors and staff for the attentive care and treatment given to my mother, Mrs. N. T.K.H. (bed 1), during her stay here. She was admitted to the emergency room at noon on July 8 in a critical condition with severe pneumonia and a small blood clot in her lung. Everyone working here dedicated themselves wholeheartedly and compassionately to treating and supporting her.

The medical ethics and patient care at FV Hospital have been clearly demonstrated by the professional doctors and the devoted nurses, who worked tirelessly with only one goal: to bring hope, confidence, and patience to us during such a worrying time for our mother’s health, and to support her through surprising steps of recovery.

We witnessed how carefully and gently the nurses cared for my mother, as well as the necessary encouragement they gave her.

As a physician myself, I usually hold high standards for patient care. The ICU team at FV not only exceeded my expectations but also left a deep and positive impression on me. The nurses truly moved me with their sense of responsibility and kindness. I would like to especially recognize Ms. Thuy My, a nurse aide, who always showed optimism and positivity, and uplifted my mother’s spirit, helping her get through the critical period in the ICU.

Once again, our family sincerely thanks all the doctors, nurses, and staff who supported my mother. She has been recovering very well since leaving the ICU and will soon be discharged.

A miraculous story happened on 30th July 2025.\

A VIETNAMESE WOMAN BECAME THE “FORMULA 1 RACE” CHAMPION FOR MORE THAN FOUR HOURS

That woman is my wife.

Alongside Dr Trung, I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to FV Hospital – a place that provided us with an excellent medical experience, equipped with modern facilities meeting international standards, a clean and safe environment, and a professional and well-organized system. From the smallest details, we could feel the dedication, respect, and thoughtful care – as if staying in a true “5-star hotel” – yet still warm and humane.

S.H.I - Anaesthesiology & ICU

We’ve had very positive experiences at FV Hospital, especially during our visits to the Emergency Department. Both of our children had to be treated there at different times for the same injury — cuts on their foreheads. Each time, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We were especially grateful for the nurses, who treated our young children with such warmth and care. Even though the kids were crying and scared, the nurses smiled brightly and gently reassured them, which helped them feel safe and receive their treatment calmly. It was a moment of real compassion, and we truly appreciated it.

We have not stayed in a hospital room ourselves, but we have visited the Emergency Department and found it to be clean and comfortable. When visiting friends who were admitted to FV Hospital, the general feedback seemed quite positive and most of them appeared satisfied with the rooms and services.

On 5/5/2025, I was admitted for surgery on a bone near my left toe.

Thank you for your hard work As a mother of a newborn son who was in NICU, I felt compelled to share my gratitude to all the staff there. 1-During the time at ICU, the nurses there had a birthday celebration for the patient which was very nice.
2- Dr. Dien, Dr. Hung and Dr. Man always made the patient feel full of hope and explained everything carefully so my family could rest assured.

To all the techs (green uniforms)… thank you for your gentle care of my husband.
