Full, no suggestions. Good service from the doctor and staff. I was very happy to be examined by the ENT department on the first floor. The purpose of the examination and treatment was achieved. I don’t see anything that needs to be improved.

The ENT doctor Cuong on the first floor was very happy to examine patients and gave enthusiastic instructions, making me very satisfied. My whole family is satisfied and all have medical examinations at FV Hospital. I wish FV Hospital to develop better and better.

During a family trip to Vietnam, one of our family members experienced a serious medical condition that required emergency surgery. The hospital quickly arranged for us to see the appropriate specialist, Dr. Bui Kim My, who promptly ordered the necessary tests. The results were ready just a few hours after we returned to the hotel.

Dr. My urgently and personally followed up with me via email and several phone calls until she was able to reach me, urging us to bring the patient to the Emergency Room immediately. The surgery was performed soon afterward by Dr. Tran Luong Anh, who patiently explained everything in detail.

A few days after surgery, our patient was already able to walk normally. Although the full recovery is still ongoing, every step of the process—from registration, initial diagnosis, surgery, to post-operative care—was excellent, turning a frightening situation into one that was as smooth and reassuring as possible.

We are also sincerely grateful to the dedicated Patient Experience team, who were warm, helpful ambassadors and assisted us with numerous questions and concerns.

I am completely satisfied with the use of the birth pool and would recommend it to every expectant mother who gives birth at FV. It made my delivery possible without pain relief. It was so comforting and the nurses always made sure it was warm enough.

It was not covered by insurance so the price might dissuade people but it is a worthwhile investment and FV should promote its use.   Further comments, I found that I was well looked after post partum.

When I came to FV Hospital for a second opinion, the Head of the Obstetrics Department was very attentive and gave me helpful advice. The doctor guided me through the examination and ultrasound, and explained my issues in detail.

Fortunately, it turned out that I didn’t have any serious problems — it was just a false alarm during the previous check-up.

I came to FV Hospital and was admitted on April 17 due to prolonged fever and bloating in the back and abdominal area. For 7 days I could not defecate or pass gas, and was diagnosed and treated.

After being examined and treated by the doctors, along with attentive care from the nurses, I have now improved and was discharged by the doctors at 11 AM on April 22, 2025.

The baby was born smoothly, which not only brought happiness to my family but also left an incredibly positive impression on my mother. As a result, she decided to have cataract surgery at FV hospital for both eyes.

I am grateful to have experienced the service of FV Hospital. It’s been my second time to be confined here. The first time I was hospitalized was Dec 2023 for suspicions (sic) surgery and now removal of my gall bladder due to gall stones. I am very happy and satisfied with the service of the staff specially the nurses in the operating room and even in the recovery room—very excellent. The instructions are really that the patient will understand. Also the doctor who did the surgery did well. Looking forward to see him on follow-up check-up.

The nurse at night shift was incredibly attentive and compassionate, even in a tough situation. While the patient at the adjacent bed was being loud and disruptive—making it hard for me to rest—she approached him with calm and kindness, despite being met with yelling and disrespect. Even when I, frustrated by the noise and lack of sleep, was short and unkind to her, she remained patient, gentle, and understanding.
