PRACTICAL TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR NEWLY GRADUATED MEDICAL DOCTORS
FV Hospital offers a comprehensive 12-month training programme for new medical doctors who have yet to obtain their practice certificates, which includes rotations across various departments, with a notable 3-month focus on emergency resuscitation. The curriculum includes comprehensive training in legal knowledge, ethical standards, and Joint Commission International (JCI) criteria in medical examination and treatment practices. Specific guidelines and milestones are provided to ensure practitioners achieve the required competencies within the 12-month period.
