Hello! I had a car accident on 3/6/2023. Transferred to your hospital, on 8/6/2023, the hospital’s medical team performed surgery to save my life. Returning to Taiwan for a follow-up examination and X-ray, the doctor praised the surgery as perfect.

I used to stay on the 6th floor and was extremely satisfied with a care assistant named Tram. She has only worked at the hospital for 2 years but is professional and pleasant, and takes good care of the patients so the patients are extremely comfortable. Because she is so pleasant, I often ask her for anything that is difficult. I was admitted to FV casually with a major illness. In extreme amount of pain. The scariest moment of my life.

All the staffs were amazing they made sure to make me feel at ease and keep me calm. They were attentative to all my needs and did their best to make me feel comfortable and safe. When I pressed the button they assisted me within seconds. I’m a fussy grumpy old man and yet with all my requests they did their best to accomodate me while ensuring that I was safe.

I wish I could remember all of their names in truth the first couple of days I couldn’t remember my own. However, Hair towards the end was even more helpful and friendly by talking to me and explaining everything he was doing. I will recommend FV to anyone I know that has any medical problems.

I have symptoms of frequent urination and painful urination. Previously, I was treated at T.A. Hospital in February 2024. After 1 month of treatment, symptoms did not improve.
