Mr Nguyen Ba Tuot was assigned by FV hospital to provide me with assistive care after I broke my leg in a traffic accident in July 2025.

Over the past 3 months he has been a very professional and dedicated caregiver. In addition to multiple daily infusions and frequent wound cleaning and bandage changes his positive attitude, his excellent command of English, detailed understanding of my injury and his close rapport with my surgeon kept my spirits high and ensured that I was fully informed as to my progress.

I am convinced that his dedication and commitment facilitated my full and speedy recovery. Indeed, I was back on my feet in half the time the surgeon originally predicted, in only 2 ½ months, after suffering multiple compound open leg fractures.

I wish Mr Tuot well in all his future endeavors.

I was very impressed with Dr Chieu and another male dentist in the Dental Department. My child needed a tooth extraction, but the tooth root was quite deep, and my child was very nervous and afraid. At other clinics and hospitals, the doctors were unable to proceed – after only five minutes of examination, they refused to perform the extraction.

When we came to FV Hospital, however, the two dentists were exceptionally patient and understanding. They spent nearly an hour gently encouraging and reassuring my child until he finally agreed to have the tooth removed. Thanks to their kindness and professionalism, the procedure went smoothly, and since then, my child has said that he only wants to have dental treatment at FV.

When my wife gave birth to our two children, both babies were born healthy. The surgeries and follow-up aesthetic procedures performed by Dr Dung were excellent, and to this day I remain extremely satisfied. I have many fond memories with Dr Dung from that time, and I will always remember her care. Thanks to her dedication, my wife’s health has remained very good, and her beauty has been well preserved over the years.

As for myself, I had suffered from intestinal problems since childhood, which continued well into my twenties and even affected my work. I had sought treatment at several public and private hospitals, but the condition never truly improved – it just lingered on. However, when I came to FV Hospital and was treated by Dr Huy, everything changed. After only about six months of treatment, the problem was completely resolved. Since then, I’ve only needed to do routine endoscopies two or three times, and the condition has never returned.

Occasionally, if I overeat or drink too much and experience minor symptoms again, I just return to FV, and after a few weeks of medication prescribed by Dr Huy, everything clears up immediately. I am genuinely impressed by the quality of the medication and the thoroughness of the treatment. Dr Huy and the team at FV truly care for their patients – they focus on curing the problem completely rather than prolonging treatment or seeking financial gain, as I have unfortunately experienced elsewhere in Vietnam.

For many years I attended another international clinic in HCM but, nearly four years ago, I started to visit Dr Phuong and I have never once regretted the switch. I have had many skin problems over these years, but she has dealt with them in a professional, highly competent and compassionate way.

I live in a sporting environment in Vietnam where members of our community are constantly exposed to direct sunlight and are therefore at risk of skin damage. I have recommended Dr Phuong to many friends and aquaintences – so much so that people approach me now to obtain her contact details. I know that some have been to see her and have been very satisfied with both her approach and the treatment they received.

Over the years, I have been treated by many specialist skin doctors but I can say without hesitation that Dr Phuong is amongst the best I have seen.

The orthopedic surgeon is an outstanding doctor – very skilled, attentive, and supportive throughout the whole process. Dr Quyen (General Practice & Family Medicine) and Dr Dat (Obstetrics & Gynaecology Department) are two of the doctors I trust and respect the most because they examined me carefully and gave me dedicated recommendations.

I had uterine fibroids and Dr Dat advised me not to have surgery if it did not cause any discomfort, and to wait until menopause for the fibroids to shrink on their own – a truly dedicated doctor because I have been to many other places and they all recommended me to have surgery to remove the fibroids. During my trip to Vietnam, I fell and broke my femur. I had a hip replacement. I had surgery on August 25, 2025 and the surgery was a success.
