When I was pregnant with my fourth child, I went for a check-up at the hospital. The doctor there told me that my baby had hydrocephalus but gave no explanation or treatment plan. I was extremely anxious and cried a lot.

I then decided to come to FV for a full re-examination, and Dr Nam (Obstetrics Department) carefully examined me and explained everything in detail. I felt as if a heavy burden had been lifted and my worries were gone.

I gave birth by C-section at FV to a healthy baby boy weighing 3.2kg, and now he is very smart and active.

Our family sincerely thanks the doctors and staff for the attentive care and treatment given to my mother, Mrs. N. T.K.H. (bed 1), during her stay here. She was admitted to the emergency room at noon on July 8 in a critical condition with severe pneumonia and a small blood clot in her lung. Everyone working here dedicated themselves wholeheartedly and compassionately to treating and supporting her.

The medical ethics and patient care at FV Hospital have been clearly demonstrated by the professional doctors and the devoted nurses, who worked tirelessly with only one goal: to bring hope, confidence, and patience to us during such a worrying time for our mother’s health, and to support her through surprising steps of recovery.

As a physician myself, I usually hold high standards for patient care. The ICU team at FV not only exceeded my expectations but also left a deep and positive impression on me. The nurses truly moved me with their sense of responsibility and kindness. I would like to especially recognize Ms. Thuy My, a nurse aide, who always showed optimism and positivity, and uplifted my mother’s spirit, helping her get through the critical period in the ICU.

Once again, our family sincerely thanks all the doctors, nurses, and staff who supported my mother. She has been recovering very well since leaving the ICU and will soon be discharged.

My child had a consultation with the head of the Dermatology Department, a foreign doctor, and we were very satisfied with his working attitude. He examined thoroughly, asked questions, and answered everything the patient wanted to know. He also carefully considered the medication dosage to match the body weight. M.K.M.C - Neurosurgery and Endovascular Neurosurgery

I have nothing but praise for FV Hospital.

During a family trip to Vietnam, one of our family members experienced a serious medical condition that required emergency surgery. The hospital quickly arranged for us to see the appropriate specialist, Dr. Bui Kim My, who promptly ordered the necessary tests. The results were ready just a few hours after we returned to the hotel.

Dr. My urgently and personally followed up with me via email and several phone calls until she was able to reach me, urging us to bring the patient to the Emergency Room immediately. The surgery was performed soon afterward by Dr. Tran Luong Anh, who patiently explained everything in detail.

A few days after surgery, our patient was already able to walk normally. Although the full recovery is still ongoing, every step of the process—from registration, initial diagnosis, surgery, to post-operative care—was excellent, turning a frightening situation into one that was as smooth and reassuring as possible.

We are also sincerely grateful to the dedicated Patient Experience team, who were warm, helpful ambassadors and assisted us with numerous questions and concerns.

I am completely satisfied with the use of the birth pool and would recommend it to every expectant mother who gives birth at FV. It made my delivery possible without pain relief. It was so comforting and the nurses always made sure it was warm enough.

It was not covered by insurance so the price might dissuade people but it is a worthwhile investment and FV should promote its use.   Further comments, I found that I was well looked after post partum.

Overall though I had a fantastic experience. Thank you.

“I was looking for a private hospital to do an exam for me in relation to the Thailand non-O visa medical form that I had to get filled out confirming that I didn’t have certain diseases. After being turned down at another Google Maps 4 + star rated private hospital in Saigon I did a query on Chat GPT and it identified the FV hospital. As soon as I got there I knew I made the right choice.

The staff were incredible from the admitting person to the section manager where I was directed to, the international doctor that I saw and examined me and all the other hospital staff who took me to the different areas for my testing.  I was given a proper medical exam by the doctor, he ordered and I underwent a blood test, urine test and a chest x-ray which all confirmed I was negative for the identified diseases.

The hospital also had the Thai medical form online and promptly put it on the hospital letterhead so they were fully aware of the requirements of the Thai medical certificate.

All hospital staff that I encountered spoke good English, were friendly and professional. I did not have any health coverage and the final bill was very reasonable just over 2 million vnd for all the testing and the examination, including several documents that confirmed the information that the Thai immigration needed for a visa application.

This is my third international private hospital that I have been to in Ho Chi Minh City in the last three years and without a doubt the top hospital I have gone to.”

We’ve had very positive experiences at FV Hospital, especially during our visits to the Emergency Department. Both of our children had to be treated there at different times for the same injury — cuts on their foreheads. Each time, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We were especially grateful for the nurses, who treated our young children with such warmth and care. Even though the kids were crying and scared, the nurses smiled brightly and gently reassured them, which helped them feel safe and receive their treatment calmly. It was a moment of real compassion, and we truly appreciated it.

We have not stayed in a hospital room ourselves, but we have visited the Emergency Department and found it to be clean and comfortable. When visiting friends who were admitted to FV Hospital, the general feedback seemed quite positive and most of them appeared satisfied with the rooms and services.
