On behalf of me, the husband, the father of the baby and myself, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Vo Trieu Dat and the FV Hospital team for their dedicated work’s mind. And trying to save the lives of my wife and baby in the most dangerous phase of their lives.

Yes, I would like to commend and note that Dr. Vo Trieu Dat and the team of FV Hospital have really dedicated their energy and energy to the well-being of the hospital. Take care of my wife and baby whether Vietnamese or foreigners, are rescued with a heart, conscience, professional ethics and perserverance.

For the nearly 2 weeks that my family has been in this emergency room, we have been thrilled and warm to receive treatment and have seen the heroism and great dedication of Dr. Vo Trieu Dat and the team medical FV Hospital.

Finally, I and my family would like to once again thank Dr. Vo Trieu Dat and his team at FV Hospital for saving the lives of my wife and baby, as well as the general public, both nationally and internationally to all levels. I would like to bless and wish the gods to take care of the doctors, the team of FV Hospital to meet only happiness, good health and success in all tasks forever.

T.H.T - FV Hospital

After more than 400 days, my left eye, which had been “fickle and troublesome,” finally found a “safe harbor” at FV Hospital in District 7, Saigon. I had “run around” in Hanoi, Saigon searching for a solution, but in vain. My first stroke of luck was having a cornea and a place to perform the transplant without needing a referral. Another stroke of luck was having enough money to afford this transplant (though it was very expensive) I had missed this opportunity last year because I couldn’t afford it. The most important thing was having enough health to undergo this corneal transplant surgery.

The happiest moment for me was having people to guide, support, and encourage me every step of the way, helping me with the surgery. I deeply appreciate the family members brothers, sisters, cousins, and others  who shared and supported me emotionally and financially!

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Donald Tan, Dr. Anna Tan (from Singapore), Dr. Nguyễn Thị Mai (Head of the Ophthalmology Department at FV Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City), Ms. Trang, Ms. Hà, and all the staff of the Ophthalmology Department who brought happiness to me and my family, relatives, and friends! The dedication, service, and management by all of you were truly wonderful. Dozens of corneal transplants performed in October 2024 from Hanoi, Da Lat, Vung Tau, Vinh Long, and other places have all left a positive mark on FV Hospital and spread this good news throughout the community.

N.L.T - Neurosurgery and Endovascular Neurosurgery

My name is L.T.H, 74 years old, and I am the older sister of patient N.L.T, who is currently in bed number 1 in the Intensive Care Unit at FV Hospital.

My brother had a traffic accident and suffered a severe brain injury. He was in critical condition when brought in for emergency care, but thanks to the quick intervention, he survived and has now been receiving ongoing care and treatment in the hospital for more than 10 days.

The doctors are passionate, skilled, and highly respected. The surgery was successful, and after 5 days, there were positive signs: my brother regained strong sensation in both of his feet, and both legs showed improvement after 10 days.

In closing, my family is deeply touched, impressed, and especially grateful to the doctors, nurses, and all the staff at FV Hospital. On behalf of my family, I would like to sincerely express our gratitude to all the doctors and staff of the hospital.

H.N.M.H - FV Hospital

My choice to have my second delivery at FV Hospital was the right one.

The service and advice from the nurses, midwives and care assistants were very clear and detailed, which made my family feel at ease and comfortable during the hospital stay. The suggestion from the nurses to help care for the baby at night while undergoing phototherapy for jaundice allowed the baby to sleep soundly and helped me regain my energy with sufficient rest. I am very grateful for this, even though I know it’s a standard practice of the hospital. The nurses and medical assistants provided thorough care for both mother and baby, and I felt very well looked after. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the staff for their support during our stay. If we plan to have another baby, I would definitely choose FV Hospital again and will share my positive experience here with friends and acquaintances.

We’ve been clients of FV for many years, including giving birth to our first daughter at your D7 hospital 2.5 years ago.

There’s been a lot of change at your hospital over the past couple of years, and we just wanted to share our sincere gratitude to one of your employees in particular.

Coming back after a rather long hiatus, for again regular visits to D7 hospitals (not always for joyous reasons), we were greeted with kindness and warmth at the hospital pharmacy.

Mr. Tan, from the very first visit back, and even after such a long time remembered and asked about the health of our daughter, showed concerns about seeing us back at the hospital. He really made us feel special an remembered when oftentimes at large structures such as your D7 hospital we can easily become just a patient number.

At each visit, Mr. Tan is always providing excellent service, quick to care for us, communicating perfectly in English and Vietnamese with our whole family.

We always look forward to seeing him when visiting FV D7.

In addition to Mr. Tan, a big thank you to the full FV team and can’t wait to have our 2nd daughter delivered with you all very soon!

N.T.T - Bone & Joint Centre

On August 19, 2024, my child had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Lê Trọng Phát at FV Hospital in District 7. Our appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM. Because we live far away, I arrived earlier than planned and went to the department to wait, around 12:00 PM (the doctor’s lunch hour).

Dr. Lê Trọng Phát came out of the examination room and, upon seeing my child and me, said, “Come in, come in; I’ll examine you right now.” While speaking, he carried our bag, food, and other belongings into the examination room and conducted the check-up so that we wouldn’t have to wait until 2:00 PM as scheduled.

After the examination, Dr. Phát also carried our belongings to the room where my child was to be bandaged. His small actions truly made me feel warm, close, and very touched. He is not only an excellent doctor in terms of expertise but also kind, enthusiastic, and attentive to his patients. I want to express my deep gratitude to Dr. Phát.

Even though many places declined, Dr. Phát’s acceptance to treat my child is a great blessing. Thank you very, very much once again! I wish the hospital to always be filled with positive energy, bringing joy and happiness to everyone. At FV, my child and I feel that it is not just a hospital visit but like being at home, as we receive warm assistance from everyone around, even on our first visit.

Doctor Danh of Obstetrics and Gynecology is very enthusiastic. I was bleeding after surgery. Because I couldn’t make an appointment with my doctor, I saw Dr. Danh. She gave first aid and made an appointment for me to re-examine with my doctor in 1 or 2 days. But because I hadn’t arrived subjectively, Dr. Danh directly found my phone number, asked about my medical condition and blamed me for being too subjective! I was very surprised and touched because I had just examined with Dr. Danh for the first time. Dr. Danh’s concern made me feel warmer after the surgery! Thank you

I am always impressed by the warmth and enthusiasm of the doctors and medical staff at the Obstetrics and Pediatrics Department. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Ngoc, Obstetrics and Gynecology, for performing cesarean sections on both of my children. There were problems during my pregnancies with both children, but thanks to her encouragement and close monitoring, everything went smoothly. I wish her good health and success in her work. N.T.A - Accident & Emergency

Our family has a very good impression of Dr. Hai. Dr. Hai is a very dedicated person to patients. When Grandma became seriously ill and needed emergency care at home, Dr. Hai did not mind the rain or the sun, nor the traffic jams during rush hour. Dr. Hai came to handle the emergency promptly so that Grandma could be healthy again. The doctor was also enthusiastic and thoughtful, explaining in detail to the family about Grandma’s condition. He also carefully instructed the medical staff to stay and take care of Grandma so that Grandma could get better. He understands the feelings of the family and the patient very well, so the family’s concerns when discussing with him were all explained clearly by Dr. Hai and handled quickly and effectively

N.H.T.V - Paediatrics & Neonatology

During my child’s treatment at the Department of Pediatrics, I am grateful for the loving care of the doctors, nurses and midwives. Even though there was only 1 mother and 1 child, we did not feel insecure. During the 8 days in the hospital, wee was not alone or worried, but instead felt confident. Thank you very much.

S.A.P - Internal Medicine

I had a very positive experience with internal medicine and the clinical psychology department. My doctor very clearly explained the purpose of my medication and diagnosis, and she suggested the length of the treatment. As a US citizen, this was a pleasant difference from other doctors experiences I’ve heard about, where patients are on medication indefinitely with an unclear path to trying to get off of medication.

Me and my husband have a small gift to send to Dr. Hung to express our gratitude to him and the team here. The experience at the hospital was beyond my imagination. We didn’t think we would be taken care of this well. Meeting Dr. Hung was a great luck for my family. We highly appreciate his talent. My family doesn’t have much money, but meeting him is a great honor. I hope the hospital will have more doctors like Dr. Hung to be able to treat many other patients. I have no words to express this gratitude. I can only bow my head and thank Mr. Hung very much. Now my husband can be healthy and happy with the family.

L.T.P.T - FV Hospital

Dr. Quyen and enthusiastic staff. When a patient sees a doctor, their blood pressure increases, especially when sitting in a blood pressure measuring chair. The patient feels scared when they see a blood pressure measuring chair, feeling like they are sitting in an electric chair. Patients want FV to consider methods for improvement. Doctor Quyen usually lets the patient rest and relax, then re-measures blood pressure and it is normal

N.D.N - Paediatrics & Neonatology

The family is very grateful to the medical team and doctors for their dedicated support and care for baby Dong Nghi and his family during the treatment period. The baby recovered quickly, reduced fever, and regained his daily routine. Parents are relieved. more worried and secure.

In addition to thoughtful care, FV Hospital also builds and creates conditions for patients and their families to have a relaxing space with full amenities. All FV services are provided quickly, with quality and with easy access. The reaction of the baby and the FV team was also very good. The baby is very willing to interact with the nurses.

Once again, thank you FV for providing a knee treatment experience for baby Dong Nghi. It feels like the baby has gone through a vacation rather than a cure. Love!

I am very satisfied and trust the team of doctors and nurses! More than awesome!! Sincere thanks doctors! I have been treated in almost every department, most recently for stomach cancer. Knowing that my family and I completely trust the doctor with our lives! N.H.G.N Internal Medicine The year 2021 is the peak of the Covid 19 epidemic. My mother is very sick (not Covid). I was almost in despair, and very heartbroken. Thanks to the golden hands of Dr. Tu Duy, Head of the Department of Internal Medicine, my mother returned to a healthy, happy life like before.
