I sincerely thank the nurses and caregivers. Last night, I had to stay up all night to take care of my child because they were sick and restless. Thanks to the dedicated night shift staff who provided attentive support, my child is feeling better this morning and can be discharged. Thanks to them, I also have the strength to continue my work and take my child home. The doctors were also very caring, provided thorough guidance, and were gentle with my child.

My only regret is I did not get to see Vietnam as much as it was in my original plan – so, I will have to come back and see the places I did not get to see as you knew it will be the case, I recovered quickly and I even did a zipline in Thailand (although I do not know it that was a smart idea). This was my first time learning about FV Hospital, and I decided to come immediately. Upon arriving for a consultation, I met Dr. Huynh Anh Quoc, who specializes in gastroenterology. I was in a critical condition, suffering from a ruptured blood vessel at the end of my stomach, duodenum, and small intestine. The doctor carefully monitored my condition and treated me with great dedication. Now that I have fully recovered, I am writing this letter to express my gratitude.

I sincerely thank the doctor and the hospital staff who assisted me during my treatment and hospital stay.

Grandmother P. T. R, 1922, when she was 85 years old, she was seriously ill and the previous Hospital sent her home to wait for her funeral, but when she was brought to FV, the doctors diagnosed her and said she was fine, treated her until she was well and then sent her home. Later, she lived to be 95 years old, so I am very grateful to FV Hospital.

My whole family was treated at FV. – My nephew just had spinal surgery at FV and it went very well, he can walk normally, he had surgery before but was still limping a lot.

Thanks all the doctors and staff, the team at FV is very good. The unit has no suggestions. Please keep it like that so that patients can benefit and have a higher ambition to live.

I first learned about this hospital through the Tuổi Trẻ newspaper, which I read every day. Upon discovering it, I immediately decided to visit. In 2009, I went for a check-up. I have used surgery facilities twice and was satisfied with end results. I personally have used local hospitals many times but on occasion prefer the FV. the Dr I talked to was very good and spoke English well. I had my wife with me as I expected her to interpret for me but was not necessary. Dr Nguyen was very professional and helpful to my problem. Her front staff were also pleasant and helpful. I was and always have been fully satisfied with the service at FV Hospital.

I found the doctor to be very attentive in examining my child, and the nurses were very nice. My child said he loved his parents and the doctors, and he felt that way himself, he felt the nurses cared.

The insurance did not cover 100%, so I had to pay an additional 10 million, but the hospital reviewed it and refunded me a portion, I was satisfied. When I got home, the doctor called to ask about my child’s condition.

I am writing to compliment the nurse who helped me on December 6, at 3 PM, at the Dermatology Department at FV in Q7.

During the routine check before my dermatology appointment, she noticed that my blood pressure was high. Instead of just letting it pass, she thoroughly investigated it, checked many times, and asked me to come back to check again after my dermatology appointment. After I came back to her after my appointment, my blood pressure was back down. I tremendously appreciate this nurse’s care and thoroughness, but I don’t know her name. Thank you!

Thanks FV for saving his son’s life. 16-17 years ago, he hit his head hard. I took him to the hospital but they said he was fine and sent him home. But when he got home, his stomach was so tight that he couldn’t eat, he vomited what he ate, and he couldn’t talk. I took him to the hospital for a check-up but they still said he was fine.

When he got home, his stomach was still tight and he couldn’t move anymore. It was the The Hùng Kings’ Temple Festival, so I took him to the emergency room at several hospitals but they didn’t accept him. Finally, I heard that FV was good so he transferred his son to FV where the doctors admitted him and found out that the cause of his illness was a circulatory problem that made him unable to eat, so they gave him an IV.

By evening, his son had recovered. I was very grateful; from then on, all families with illnesses came to FV for check-ups.
