On 17 and 18 July 2026, Dr Vo Cong Minh, PhD, Head of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) at FV Hospital, attended the 5th International Congress of Otology-Audiologyin Hai Phong. He participated as a session chair, speaker, and hands-on workshop instructor.
Organised by the Vietnam Audiology Association, this specialised congress brought together leading Vietnamese and international ENT specialists to discuss the latest advances in diagnosis and treatment.

At the conference, Dr Vo Cong Minh, PhD, presented his scientific presentation titled “Balloon Eustachian Tuboplasty for Recurrent Eustachian Tube Obstruction”. He shared practical insights into the application of Balloon Eustachian Tuboplasty (BET), a minimally invasive procedure for selected patients with Eustachian tube dysfunction who do not respond to medical treatment.
Dr Vo Cong Minh, PhD, also served as session chair, co-moderating a scientific session alongside leading Vietnameseand international experts, including Professor Seong Hoon Bae of Yonsei University College of Medicine (South Korea) and Associate Professor Le Minh Ky, PhD.
During the international hands-on workshop, Dr Vo Cong Minh, PhD, personally guided participating doctors in practising Balloon Eustachian Tuboplasty using simulation models.
