Our Care Team
Experienced medical professionals provide coordinated care and 24/7 support.
Provide medical consultations, establish diagnoses, determine and deliver appropriate treatments, and monitor patients’ health throughout their care journey. Work closely with multidisciplinary specialists to ensure the most effective treatment outcomes.
Provide direct daily care and monitoring of patients’ conditions, administer medications, explain care procedures, and educate patients and their families on fall prevention measures. Our inpatient nursing team is available 24/7 to ensure timely, continuous and safe care throughout the patient’s stay.
Midwives are healthcare professionals specially trained in maternity care, supporting women throughout pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal period. They are also skilled in newborn care and provide guidance on breastfeeding and infant feeding.
At FV Hospital’s Maternity Department, only midwives are authorised to carry newborn babies. This ensures that every baby is handled safely and correctly, using appropriate techniques to provide the highest level of care and protection.
Physiotherapists specialise in assessing mobility, muscle strength and joint movement. They design and supervise rehabilitation programmes to help patients regain function during medical or surgical treatment, throughout their hospital recovery, and following discharge.
Porters assist patients with transportation throughout the hospital, including transfers to diagnostic imaging, endoscopy, specialist clinics, operating theatres and other departments, as well as supporting patients upon discharge.
Specially trained in patient transport and safety procedures, they help ensure every transfer is safe, efficient and well coordinated.
Plan and prepare a wide range of Asian and Western menu options to meet patients’ dietary preferences and nutritional needs. The team takes daily meal orders and serves three main meals and two snacks in patients’ rooms each day, in accordance with the nutrition plan prescribed by their doctors.
Dedicated to listening to patients and addressing their feedback throughout their hospital stay. Our team meets with patients upon admission and before discharge to collect their comments and ensure their experience reflects the high standards of care and service at FV Hospital.
Provide 24/7 security services to help ensure the safety of patients, visitors and staff. In inpatient wards, security officers control access and may request visitor identification or verification to maintain a secure environment and protect patient wellbeing.
Provide routine room cleaning twice a day to maintain a clean, dry and safe environment for patients. Housekeeping procedures follow a one-way cleaning protocol in accordance with the hospital’s infection prevention and control guidelines.
Support for your daily living needs. They assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dining, and mobility, while helping to keep your room tidy and comfortable.
