Within 1–2 days after discharge, you may receive a follow-up call from our nurse to check on your recovery and remind you of any scheduled follow-up appointments.

In addition, FV provides Telemedicine and Healthcare at Home services for patients who require follow-up appointments, routine monitoring, or post-discharge care supported by professional medical staff.
