About the Liaison Office
The Liaison Office serves as a key point of contact between FV Hospital, partner doctors, healthcare providers and patients. Working closely with the Business Development Department, the team supports professional collaboration and assists patients referred to FV.
The Liaison Office provides:

Appointment scheduling and medical enquiries support for patients

Admission and surgery coordination for patients of External Doctors (EDs)
-
Treatment record and outcome updates for Referral Doctors (RDs)
How to Apply for the FVH Partners Programme
To become an External Doctor (ED) or Associated Doctor (AD), applicants must undergo a rigorous recruitment and approval process in accordance with FV Hospital’s standards.

Application review
FV Hospital reviews the application through the POC Committee.
Interview
Selected doctors will be invited for an interview.
Sign the partnership agreement
Selected doctors will sign a formal partnership agreement, granting them clinical practice privileges at FV Hospital.
