How to Refer a Patient
Referring a patient to FV is simple and straightforward with the support of our Liaison Office.
The doctor or clinic completes the referral form and gives it to the patient to bring with them when they come to FV for treatment, or sends it directly to the Medical visitor/ Key Account Officer at FV Hospital before the patient’s visit.
FV contacts the patient to confirm the information and arrange an appointment.
The patient visits FV for consultation and treatment as scheduled.
FV updates the doctor or clinic on the patient’s treatment outcomes.
