With every patient referral to FV, doctors can earn reward points and redeem them for valuable rewards.
FVH Reward Programme
The FVH Reward Programme has been designed to reward External Doctors and Referral Doctors for their loyalty. Earn 10 points to start enjoying benefits. Spend points on electronics, gift vouchers, hotel stays, air tickets and more.
How to Earn Reward Points
For every VND 11,500,000 in hospital revenue generated by a Referral Doctor’s (RD’s) or External Doctor’s (ED’s) patients, the doctor will earn 1 reward point. Revenue excludes VAT, discounts, and fees related to doctors’ fees, medications, implantable consumables, and take-home equipment.
Once they have accumulated a minimum of 10 points, doctors can start redeeming rewards. Doctors can choose rewards from the catalogue corresponding to each points tier or continue accumulating points to redeem higher-value rewards. Reward points are valid for three years and can be redeemed at any time.
Reward points can be redeemed for non-cash benefits. Please refer to the Gift Handbook to explore the range of rewards available.
