August 5, 2026

FV Hospital was recently honoured as one of the Top 10 Trusted Enterprises 2026 at the Asia Top Brand Awards 2026, held on 26 July at Independence Palace in Ho Chi Minh City. This recognition reflects more than 23 years of FV Hospital’s commitment to delivering international-standard healthcare in Vietnam while continuously enhancing its services in line with internationally recognised quality standards.

Quality of care as the foundation of trust

The Asia Top Brand Awards 2026 is an annual programme recognising reputable businesses, brands, products, services, and leaders that make significant contributions to socio-economic development.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms Pham Thi Thanh Mai, Chief Operating Officer of FV Hospital, shared: “Being named one of the Top 10 Trusted Enterprises 2026 is a tremendous honour for FV Hospital. It stands as recognition for the untiring efforts of our entire team of doctors, healthcare professionals, and staff. This award also motivates us to continue investing in advanced medical technology, improving quality of treatment, and enhancing the patient experience.”

In healthcare, trust is built on clinical excellence, patient safety, and the overall patient experience, the core values that FV Hospital has steadfastly pursued throughout its 23-year journey.

According to a patient experience survey conducted by Cimigo, a leading market research firm in the Asia-Pacific region, during the second half of 2025 (H2 2025), FV achieved a Customer Engagement Index score of 96 and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 79. More than 80% of patients said they would return to FV for future care and recommend the hospital to their family and friends.

These achievements are reflected in several significant milestones, including: receiving JCI international accreditation four consecutive times, earning a Certificate of Merit from the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department in 2024 for outstanding tax compliance, being recognised in Newsweek and Statista’s Best Specialised Hospitals Asia-Pacific 2026 rankings, and being selected as one of Ho Chi Minh City’s top 50 landmark projects commemorating 50 years of national reunification.

Continuing to invest in the future of high-quality healthcare

Vietnamese patients currently make up around 67% of FV’s total patient volume, while the remaining 33% consists of international residents, expatriates, and tourists. These figures reflect growing confidence in FV Hospital’s clinical expertise and quality of care among both Vietnamese and international patients.

For FV Hospital, every award is not only recognition of its commitment to raising medical standards and enhancing patient care, but also motivation to continue innovating. The goal remains simple: to offer safe, effective, and dependable healthcare for both local citizens and the international community.

FV Hospital’s medical teams and advanced technologies continue to earn the trust of patients from Vietnam and around the world.

As part of its next phase of growth, FV Hospital will expand its clinical capacity with the development of Building H. The hospital is also introducing several advanced specialist centres, including a CyberKnife® S7™ system, a Assisted Support Centre (IVF), a Dialysis Centre, and an Advanced Gastroenterology & Hepatology Centre.

Alongside these developments, FV Hospital will accelerate digital transformation across its clinical and operational processes to further enhance the patient experience, strengthen international partnerships, and support the growth of medical tourism, helping position Vietnam as a leading healthcare destination in the region.

The Top 10 Trusted Enterprises 2026 recognition marks another important milestone in FV Hospital’s development. It reaffirms the hospital’s reputation for international clinical excellence, advanced medical technology, transparent governance, regulatory compliance, and a strong commitment to the community.
