Built on Strong Foundations
Each international accreditation is supported by a rigorous operational framework that safeguards patient safety, upholds clinical quality, and drives ongoing improvement.
At FV, this framework rests on three core pillars:
FV proactively identifies and controls risks throughout the care process using a transparent incident monitoring and reporting system. This approach minimises errors and ensures the highest level of patient safety.
Every aspect of care at FV is continuously monitored and evaluated against quality indicators and patient feedback. This enables the hospital to refine its care processes, improve outcomes, shorten recovery times, and deliver a better experience for every patient.
FV fosters an environment where every staff member is empowered to listen, collaborate, and speak up about any issue that could affect patient welfare. This culture ensures concerns are identified early, addressed promptly, and that you are always cared for in a safe, transparent, and trustworthy environment.
