Dr. Phung Ngoc Thu
Overview
Dr Phung Ngoc Thu is one of the few breast imaging and breast care specialists in Vietnam. She has received advanced training in breast imaging and image-guided interventions in Vietnam and across the region, including Taiwan, Thailand, and Singapore. Over the past decade, she has led the development of several breast care programmes and founded the FV Hospital Breast Care Centre.
Her clinical focus includes early breast cancer detection through a multimodality imaging approach, as well as minimally invasive breast interventions. She works closely with the FV oncology team to guide patient management and monitor treatment response. She is an expert in benign breast conditions and provides breast health counselling. She also gives expert second opinions in complex or high-risk cases.
