The project features a series of digital videos and articles, helping people access clear, practical and reliable health information. This initiative aims to raise awareness about disease prevention, early detection, and timely treatment.
Launching “360 Health Project”: Joining Forces to Provide Accessible and Accurate Medical Information
Today, finding reliable medical information can still be difficult for many people. Dr Vu Truong Son, MSc, Medical Director of FV Hospital, notes that in the digital age, sharing accurate, easy-to-understand information is essential to help people avoid confusion and the risk of “going from one diagnosis to another without clear answers”. Trying to diagnose yourself or putting up with symptoms in silence can lead to unnecessary worry. More importantly, it may mean missing the best time for treatment, increasing the risk of serious complications.

Representatives of FV Hospital and FPT Long Chau signed a strategic partnership agreement
To help address this challenge, FV Hospital and FPT Long Chau have recently signed a strategic partnership to launch the “360 Health Project”. This initiative is a multi-platform series of medical content designed to raise awareness of disease prevention and encourage people to take a more proactive approach to screening and timely treatment.
The collaboration brings together the strengths of two leading organisations. In this partnership, FV Hospital provides trusted clinical expertise. With over 20 years of development, FV is the first international general hospital in Southern Vietnam to have maintained JCI accreditation continuously since 2016. The hospital is home to more than 250 doctors across 45 specialties, ensuring that all information shared is grounded in clinical experience and evidence-based medicine.
Ms Nguyen Thi Le Thu – Marketing and Business Development Director of FV Hospital – emphasised the hospital’s patient-centred approach: “FV aims to help people access the right information from the outset to choose the most suitable treatment solutions”.
On the other hand, FPT Long Chau acts as the “bridge” in bringing this knowledge closer to the community. With a network of over 2,500 pharmacies and hundreds of vaccination centres nationwide, FPT Long Chau has the capability to reach tens of millions of customers, including those in areas with limited access to high-quality healthcare services.
Nguyen Bach Diep – Chairwoman of FPT Retail and CEO of FPT Long Chau shared: “We define our mission as more than just providing safe products, we aim to be an “extended arm” of the healthcare industry, bringing accurate and easy-to-understand medical knowledge closer to the people”.

Contributing to a healthier Vietnam in the future
FPT Long Chau and FV Hospital have agreed on the core pillars of their strategic partnership, built on a shared commitment to patient-centred care. The two organisations are joining forces to raise public awareness of proactive disease prevention, early detection, and timely treatment. Furthermore, the initiative helps the community to access accurate medical information, providing a reliable foundation for choosing modern, evidence-based treatment methods.
The unique feature of this project lies in how the information is interpreted. All content will be developed as video clips and visual articles, transforming typically dry medical knowledge into something accessible and practical. The topics will focus on essential areas such as:
- Maternal and child healthcare and reproductive health.
- Management of chronic diseases and common age-related conditions.
- Prevention of infectious diseases and guidance on proactive healthcare.
Dr Vo Trieu Dat, MSc – Head of FV Thomson Maternity – one of the first specialists to participate in the project, expressed his expectations: “I hope this partnership will provide more opportunities to bring maternal and child healthcare knowledge to Vietnamese families, as well as introduce modern methods to support expectant mothers”.

Together, FV Hospital and FPT Long Chau are making health information easier to understand for everyone.
Beyond providing information, this partnership also aims to enhance medical capacity through scientific workshops, conferences, and customer support programmes. Both parties are committed to coordinating efforts to reduce cost barriers, ensuring that every family can easily access proactive prevention and intensive treatment solutions based on scientific foundations.
The collaboration between FV Hospital’s clinical expertise and FPT Long Chau’s extensive ecosystem is a meaningful step towards safer, more compassionate care, and a healthier Vietnam for the future.
