The “Graceful Beauty of the Healthcare Sector” contest is one of three flagship activities in the inaugural 2025 programme of Emulation Cluster 12 of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health, held under the theme “Cluster 12 – Connection, Cooperation, Development.” The event honours the elegance, compassion, and professional intellect of healthcare professionals.

The FV family proudly congratulates Ms Hue Thanh on her crowning moment
With the theme “White Coat – Beauty from the Heart,” the contest concluded with an outstanding achievement by FV Hospital’s representative, Ms Dinh Thi Hue Thanh, Medical Interpreter. Competing against many talented candidates from hospitals and medical units across Emulation Cluster 12, Ms Hue Thanh was awarded First Runner-Up.
FV’s representative has dedicated more than five years to what she calls her “second home,” FV Hospital. As a medical interpreter, she serves as a vital bridge between doctors and patients, ensuring they share a common understanding, clarifying medical conditions, and supporting consensus on treatment plans through transparent, clear communication.

During the Q&A segment, Ms Hue Thanh shared an inspiring message that reflects FV’s core values: “To me, empathy from healthcare professionals helps us better connect with patients. This leads to more effective treatment, not only through expertise but also through understanding and human connection,” she shared.

For Ms Dinh Thi Hue Thanh, “empathy for patients” is key to improving the healthcare sector.
Alongside activities such as the Friendly Football Tournament and the Scientific Conference on Technology and Quality Improvement, FV’s participation and strong performance in the “Graceful Beauty of the Healthcare Sector” contest underline the hospital’s commitment to collaboration within Emulation Cluster 12. They also reaffirm FV’s dedication to fostering a supportive working environment where healthcare professionals are encouraged to develop in a comprehensive way, strengthening not only their clinical expertise but also their physical and mental well-being.
FV Hospital is proud of Ms Dinh Thi Hue Thanh’s achievement, and of all staff who continue to build a positive image of a team devoted to health and meaningful contributions to the community. With this strong and dedicated workforce, FV remains committed to continuously improving service quality and contributing to a more professional, effective private healthcare system.
