“My entire family chooses FV” – Lucky winner from the FV Hospital Service Quality Survey in Q2 2026

On 24 July 2026, FV Hospital presented a VND 15 million gift voucher to Ms P.T.B., the lucky winner of the Q2 2026 FV Hospital Service Quality Survey.

The programme is conducted quarterly in collaboration with Cimigo, an independent market research agency, to gather feedback from customer. Through a random prize draw, Ms P.T.B. was selected as the lucky winner for the previous quarter.

A resident of Tan Phong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Ms B. and her family have trusted FV Hospital with their healthcare for many years. All three of her children were born at the FV Thomson Maternity. The trust extends beyond her immediate family. Relatives from Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Dak Lak also regularly choose FV Hospital for a wide range of healthcare services, including paediatrics, ENT, gastroenterology, dermatology and orthopaedics.

Ms B. said she was completely surprised to receive the winning notification: “I simply thought that participating in the survey was an opportunity to share my genuine experiences so the hospital could continue improving its services. I never expected to be the lucky winner among thousands of participating customers.”

When asked why she has continued to place her trust in FV Hospital over the years, Ms B. emotionally recalled the story of her nephew, who was unfortunately diagnosed with late-stage liver cancer. After seeking treatment at several healthcare facilities without finding a solution, the family decided to transfer him to FV. She was impressed not only by the team’s clinical expertise, but also by their dedication, compassion and sense of responsibility.

What I treasure most about FV is the spirit of never giving up. Even if a patient has only one day left to live, the doctors continue doing everything they can to provide hope and the best possible care. That made my family deeply grateful,” Ms B. shared.

Thanks to the dedicated care and personalised treatment plan provided by FV’s medical team, her nephew gained nine additional meaningful months with his family. That precious time allowed him to stay alongside his loved ones and live to see his child born, an irreplaceable memory for Ms B.’s family as well as the team at FV.

The story became even more touching when Ms P.T.B. decided to donate the full value of her prize to the late nephew’s young wife to help support the cost of caring for the newborn baby. This loving gesture further spread the human values that the Hospital Service Quality Survey always strives towards: listening, connecting, and sharing. FV Hospital sincerely thanks our valued customers for always trusting, accompanying, and taking the time to share their precious feedback. Every contribution not only motivates FV Hospital to continuously improve its services, but also helps create a healthcare environment that is safer, more compassionate and centred on patients’ needs.
