
1. Introduction
FV Hospital invites qualified marketing and communication agencies to submit proposals for the development and execution of an annual integrated marketing and communication (IMC) campaign from July 2026 to June 2027
The selected agency will support FV Hospital in planning, executing, and optimising marketing and communication initiatives to achieve brand awareness, patient inquiries acquisition, and business growth objectives.
2. About FV Hospital
FV Hospital is a leading international-standard healthcare provider operating in Ho Chi Minh City’s new urban development – Phu My Hung area, Saigon South.
As the first JCI accredited hospital in South Vietnam, FV Hospital is known for its international standard of care, commitment to clinical quality and patient-centric service.
With over 1,500 service staff, including 230 Vietnamese and expatriate doctors, FV provides care across more than 45 medical and surgical specialties at its 220-bed hub hospital.
In 2022, FV acquired ACC, the leading Chiropractic Centre in Vietnam, with 2 clinics in Ho Chi Minh City and one in Hanoi.
In January 2024, FV Hospital became a member of Thomson Medical Group (TMG).
3. Estimated contract value, Scope of Work and Objectives of the Tender
The estimated contract value is 52 Billion Vietnamese Dong (Equivalent to US$ 2Million) excluding VAT.
The contract period will be 12 months, starting from 01 July 2026
The selected agency will be responsible for the following services:
- Marketing Strategy
- Campaign Development
- Digital Marketing
- Content & Creative Production
- Media Planning & Buying
- Reporting & Analytics
The purpose of this tender is to appoint a marketing agency/partner to:
- Develop annual marketing strategy
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media partners
- Increase brand awareness, patient inquiries and conversions
- Optimise digital marketing performance
- Ensure consistent brand communication
4. Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria below.
- Strategic approach
- Creative capability
- Execution excellence capacity
- KPI measurement and tracking
- Total cost, unit cost, budget allocation and optimisation
- Company’s credibility and experience
Note: The criteria may be revised if necessary.

- Certified Certificate of incorporation/Investment certificate/Business registration certificate (01 Certified scan file)
- Mutual Confidentiality Agreement (Non-Disclosure Agreement – NDA) (01 signed and stamped copy). It is mandatory for interested vendors to submit and endorse a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as attached (under Attachment) before actual tender documents is distributed
- Conflict of Interest Declaration (01 original copy with stamp): Please complete and endorse the attached Conflict of Interest Declaration.
