Ms Nguyen Ngoc Khanh Quynh, a Diagnostic Radiographer, has been with FV for more than eight years. Her philosophy is to apply her expertise to deliver accurate diagnostic images while placing equal importance on caring for and reassuring patients during their moments of anxiety. This commitment to both professional excellence and compassionate care has earned her recognition as FV’s Shining Star of July 2025.
Before joining FV, Ms Quynh spent many years working in many hospitals. She explains that FV’s environment has provided her a stronger sense of professionalism and safety in her work. “At FV, I can spend more time explaining, conversing, and understanding patients’ emotions. This not only makes the technical procedures more accurate but also reassures the patients,” she shared.
At work, Ms Quynh is highly respected by her colleagues for her patience, composure, and delicate handling of situations. Even under pressure or when faced with demanding patients, she always remains gentle and unhurried, taking the time to explain carefully so that patients can cooperate and feel more comfortable. Her dedication has earned the trust of both her colleagues and her patients.
Beyond her solid expertise in diagnostic imaging (X-ray, CT, MRI…), Ms Quynh sees her work as an opportunity to gain valuable lessons from each case. She shared: “Sometimes I feel compassion seeing patients in pain, and then I share their joy when they recover. That is the true happiness of this profession.” For her, every patient represents a unique story, offering precious experiences and deepening her empathy.
FV has also been closely connected to important milestones in Ms Quynh’s life, from her marriage to the arrival of her two children, all of which began or took place while she was at this beloved workplace. These moments have reinforced her appreciation for the support of her colleagues and the hospital’s deeply patient-focused policies. This has only strengthened her attachment to both her work and her environment at FV.
Once again, the FV Family warmly congratulates Ms Nguyen Ngoc Khanh Quynh on being named FV Shining Star of July 2025. We hope her kindness, gentleness, and patient-centred spirit will continue to inspire others and bring her lasting fulfilment throughout her career at FV.
