The Vietnam Excellence Brand 2025 announcement ceremony has just taken place in Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of many outstanding entrepreneurs and businesses from across the country. Within the programme, FV Hospital was honoured to receive the award for “Top 10 Most Loved Brands & Services in Vietnam 2025.”

The Vietnam Excellence Brand 2025 programme was organised by the Institute of Enterprise Quality Assessment and Human Resources Development in collaboration with Business and Trade Magazine and central as well as local authorities to survey and honour outstanding brands and leaders who have made positive contributions to Vietnam’s economic and social development.
This award marks another milestone reaffirming FV’s position as one of the leading international standard healthcare providers in Vietnam, always placing patients at the centre, pioneering sustainable healthcare values, and earning the trust and confidence of the community.

Pioneering internationally standardised and easily accessible healthcare services
Vietnam Excellence Brand 2025 has recognised FV Hospital as the first wholly foreign-invested international hospital in Vietnam. With over 22 years of development, FV now brings together more than 1,300 staff, including over 250 doctors across 45 specialties, providing diverse and comprehensive medical services. FV has consistently adhered to the philosophy of “patient-centred care” from day one, making it the foundation for all operations and promoting this approach to numerous other healthcare institutions in Vietnam.
FV has consecutively achieved Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation four times – an internationally rigorous standard for patient safety. The hospital maintains an infection control rate below 0.5%, reflecting an almost absolute level of safety for patients. Simultaneously, FV continues to invest in advanced medical technology, expand international collaborations, and enhance the capabilities of its team to deliver optimal treatment quality.

Not only focusing on professional expertise, FV Hospital continuously innovates and implements a range of insurance options, subsidies, and flexible installment plans. As a result, an increasing number of patients have the opportunity to access internationally standard healthcare, ensuring effective treatment, safety, and compassionate care. Since its establishment, FV has treated over 5 million patients, more than 80% of whom are Vietnamese. The hospital is also regarded as a trusted healthcare provider for many expatriates living in Ho Chi Minh City, as well as patients from various countries across Southeast Asia.
The “Vietnam Excellence Brand 2025” award recognises FV’s sustained efforts in raising healthcare standards in Vietnam. This achievement also reflects the hospital’s commitment to supporting the community and earning the trust and appreciation of millions of patients, both domestic and international.
