In just over 15 months with the FV Family, Mr Nguyen Ba Tuot has already made a strong impression on his colleagues and, especially, on patients using the Homecare Service. With his disciplined lifestyle, ever ready attitude, and genuine heart, Mr Ba Tuot has earned his place on the prestigious list of FV’s 12 Shining Stars of 2025.
Many patients of FV’s Homecare Service instinctively request, “Please send Mr Tuot to take care of me.” This is not a random preference – it’s the result of the trust he has earned through attentive care, consistent presence in all weather conditions, and his willingness to help, even on his days off.
Mr Ba Tuot recalls: “One time, a patient’s family called early in the morning and specifically asked for me. Even though it was my day off, I was ready to go – because when someone calls your name, it means they’ve placed their full trust in you.”
With over 13 years of nursing experience in various settings, he confidently shares that FV is the first place where he has felt truly “listened to, supported, and respected.” From his very first interview with Ms Thanh Cuc to the early days on the job, when colleagues welcomed and guided him, every moment has felt like being part of a family.
Nursing came to Mr Ba Tuot as an unexpected turn in life, but he has continuously strived to excel in his role and grown to love the profession. Since joining FV, the hospital’s open, professional environment, and its support for personal development have further inspired him to pursue a master’s degree in Nursing.
Beyond being a professional nurse, Mr Tuot actively participates in internal activities, public speaking, singing, and performing, opportunities he hadn’t fully explored before. It may be this freedom to express himself, along with the recognition he has received, that has given him the “wings” to continue growing.
To Mr Ba Tuot, every role in the hospital plays a part in supporting community health. His philosophy is grounded in compassion, medical ethics, and honesty. “We’re not just caring for patients’ bodies – we need to accompany them throughout their treatment journey, especially emotionally,” he shares.
To some, 15 months may seem brief – but for Mr Ba Tuot, it marks the beginning of a meaningful journey: one of continuous learning, wholehearted dedication, and an unwavering focus on patient care.
Congratulations once again to Mr Nguyen Ba Tuot, FV’s Shining Star of April 2025. May you bring compassion to your work, inspire hope, and brighten the lives of every patient in your care.
