On 28 October 2026, FV Hospital held the Graduation Ceremony for the Practical Instructing Programme for the Issue of Medical Practice Licences to Medical Doctors – Batch III, marking the completion of 12 months of training and clinical practice for eight doctors.

Eight doctors on completing the Practical Instructing Programme
Opening the ceremony, Dr Vu Truong Son, MSc, Medical Director of FV Hospital, highlighted the importance of training and sharing experience with the younger generation of doctors. Dr Vu Truong Son noted that the key lessons from a year at FV went beyond medical knowledge. They included following clinical procedures, working collaboratively with healthcare teams and delivering multidisciplinary, patient-centred care. He also encouraged the doctors to value their roles and responsibilities and uphold medical ethics in every interaction with patients, colleagues, families and the wider community.

Dr Vu Truong Son, MSc shares a message with the eight doctors from Batch III
During their 12 months at FV, the doctors rotated through various specialties, gained hands-on experience with clinical cases and learned directly from experienced doctors. Alongside clinical knowledge and skills, the programme helped these young doctors develop their ability to work collaboratively with different healthcare teams, follow protocols, and keep patient-centred care at the heart of their practice.
Representing the graduates, Dr Pham Duy Tan shared memorable moments from their practical training. One key lesson was that learning does not end with university graduation. Even experienced doctors continue to update their knowledge, discuss complex cases and develop their expertise. He also expressed gratitude for the patient, kind, and supportive spirit shown by their colleagues at FV.
