Document Management & Translation Department – Insurance Services Department
On 17 July 2026, Ms Phan Hai Yen, Patient Experience Manager, presented the June 2026 CRM award to the Document Management & Translation Department and the Insurance Services Department at the Terrace area on Level 3, Building F.
Opened in late 2024, the Terrace area is home to five departments: Document Management & Translation, Legal, Corporate Finance, Insurance Services, and Medical Information Unit. Today, the workspace was filled with laughter and applause as the CRM award was awarded to two teams who quietly contribute to the smooth running of the hospital every day.
Ms Dao Thi Ngoc Bich, Head of Insurance Services, said: “This month’s CRM award is a wonderful shared joy for all of us at Terrace Office area.”
The work of both departments demands absolute accuracy, transparency, and meticulous care. A minor oversight in checking insurance records can directly affect employee or patient benefits. Similarly, even a single translation error in medical records or clinical procedures can impact patient care and overall operations.
Workloads become even more demanding during peak periods, such as when the hospital undergoes rigorous audits and assessments (including JCI, ISO, technical scope approvals, and building construction or renovation permits). Yet, through seamless teamwork, careful attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility, the staff of both teams consistently process every document accurately, efficiently and on time, all while keeping their workspace neat and organized in line with CRM standards.
The June 2026 CRM award recognizes the persistent dedication and effective collaboration of both teams. It serves as great encouragement for everyone to keep enhancing efficiency, refining processes, and fostering a positive working culture across the hospital. Once again, congratulations to the Document Management & Translation Department and the Insurance Services Department! May you continue to uphold your dedication, professionalism and attention to detail while contributing to the sustainable growth of FV Hospital.
